By clicking the Submit button, you hereby grant MyWireless.org D/B/A ACTwireless, its assignees, and licensees a perpetual, absolute, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide license (“License”) to use, re-use, copy, modify, exhibit, transmit, publicly display, and distribute in any format, any items that you submit (“Submission”).

The License includes the right to use the Submission, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, text, or promotional materials, for any non-commercial purpose whatsoever, by any means, and in all media now known or later developed throughout the world.

This License also includes the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use your name, voice, likeness, portrait or pictures, images, and biographic information in connection with the Submission if ACTwireless so chooses. You acknowledge that the License grants ACTwireless permission to incorporate the Submission into works owned by ACTwireless, limited by the rights descried herein.

You represent and warrant that your Submission not infringe upon or violate the rights of any party, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets; and your submission does not violate any federal, state and municipal laws.

You hereby release and discharge ACTwireless, its affiliated organizations, their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Submission, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement, and including any breach or alleged breach of any of my representations, warranties, or agreements contained herein.
