Mywireless.org D/B/A ACTwireless (“ACTwireless” or “we” or “us” or “our”) has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy and security of our users (“you” or “your”). Our Website may direct you to a third-party service, such as social media services, or a portion of our Website may be controlled by a third party (typically through the use of a frame or pop-up window separate from other content on our Website). Disclosure of information to these third parties is subject to the relevant third party’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the third-party privacy policy or content, even if we link to those services from our Website or if we share information with these third parties.

We may de-identify or aggregate information about you and share it freely, so that you can no longer be identified. We may also share information about you with your consent or at your direction or where we are legally entitled to do so.

For that reason, we never knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If a child has provided us with personal information, we ask that a parent or guardian of the child contact us at privacyconcerns@ACTwireless.org if they would like the information submitted by a child deleted from our database.
